RJ Design FTP instructions ...

BEFORE UPLOADING: place all your files into one FOLDER. Name your folder using only lower case lettering, numbers, and hyphens. Leave no blank spaces in folder name.
Please "ZIP" (compress) the Folder before uploading. Send an email to matt@rjdesign.co.uk once your files have been transferred.

Step 1

Download a FREE FTP client program. We recommend:

WINDOWS: WS_FTP, SmartFTP, Filezilla

MAC: Cyberduck, Fetch, Transmit

Step 2

Create a new connection. (This may also be called a site, profile, favourite, etc).

CONNECTION SETTINGS:

Host: ftp.rjdesign.co.uk
Username: (provided by rj design)
Password: (provided by rj design)
Type: FTP (do not select SFTP, SSH, etc.) Depending on your firewall settings you may need to select "Passive" transfer mode.

Step 3

Connect to the site and transfer your project files. We reccommend compressing your files using Zip or StuffIt.
